Role Overview:


The Generative AI Practice Head is a senior leader responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Algonomy's Generative AI practice. This role demands strategic foresight, deep expertise in AI technologies, and an ability to collaborate across teams to deliver business-driven, customer-centric AI solutions. Key objectives include driving innovation, fostering growth, and ensuring that AI solutions align with our mission to enhance customer experiences and fuel business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Vision and AI Practice Development

Craft and execute the vision and strategy for Algonomy's generative AI practice, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

Develop and expand the AI practice, building best-in-class capabilities that support our focus on customer engagement and data-driven insights.

Collaborate with business units to drive revenue growth through customer-centric generative AI solutions.



Revenue Growth and Market Innovation

Establish and implement go-to-market strategies for generative AI offerings, including pricing models and partnership opportunities.

Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the delivery of AI- solutions, driving value for clients and enhancing competitive differentiation.

Anticipate and leverage market trends, customer insights, and industry advancements to refine AI product offerings and identify new revenue streams.

Project Leadership and Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end delivery of generative AI projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Introduce frameworks and practices to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing digital ecosystems.

Manage project portfolios, balancing resources to meet strategic and financial objectives.



Innovation and Technological Advancement

Stay at the forefront of advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and customer-centric AI applications to position Algonomy a as an industry leader.

Lead efforts to explore and deploy new use cases that support Algonomy’s mission of

enhanced personalization, data-driven insights, and seamless omnichannel experiences.

Evaluate emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies to continuously elevate

Algonomy’s AI offerings.


Stakeholder Engagement and Industry Influence

Act as a thought leader and ambassador for Algonomy’s Generative AI practice, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and technology providers, to foster collaboration and mutual growth.


Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Team Leadership and Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Set performance goals, encourage skill development, and conduct regular feedback sessions to promote team growth and success.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence,

Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.


Experience: 15+ years in AI, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.


Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of generative AI technologies (e.g., GANs, transformers) and practical experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI’s GPT.


Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive revenue through AI solutions, with experience in go-to-market strategies and customer-centric product development.


Delivery Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex AI initiatives with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.


Leadership and Communication: exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.


Ethics and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of responsible AI practices and regulatory standards relevant to data usage and AI applications.
