Ethereal Vortech Solutions, a Canadian marketing agency, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to support our growing team in Chandigarh. What You’ll Do 


  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to bring in top talent that aligns with our values and culture. 
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, promoting a positive work environment, and enhancing employee engagement. 
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review processes, providing guidance and resources for continuous growth and development. 
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies that ensure compliance with labor laws and align with company culture. 
  • Training and Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to support employee growth and professional development. 
  • Hybrid Work Coordination: Oversee the hybrid work model, ensuring smooth in-office and remote work experiences for the team. 
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist with competitive compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and performance rewards to support retention and motivation. 


What We’re Looking For 


  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and tools, understanding of labor laws, and experience with hybrid workforce coordination. 
  • Additional Skills: 
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond flexibly to changing needs. 
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and handle sensitive employee matters. 
  • Problem Solving: Ability to proactively resolve issues and improve processes to support organizational growth.
