Job Description: Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Rasmeda Durg
Salary:per month
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision of Mechanical Operations: Oversee daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities ensuring smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
  2. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of technicians providing guidance and support to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  3. Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems conducting regular checks and identifying issues early.
  4. Installation and Repairs: Supervise the installation repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment including pumps motors and machinery.
  5. Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out according to company standards and safety regulations.
  7. Problem Solving: Trouble mechanical problems and provide solutions to minimize production delays.
  8. Doentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
  9. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols ensuring a safe work environment for the team.
  10. Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with electrical and production teams to ensure optimal performance of plant operations.

Ss Required:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems machinery and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals.
  • Leadership and team management ss.
  • Problemsolving and troubleing abilities.
  • Proficiency in mechanical repair and maintenance practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal ss.
