Trust & Safety Manager

Location : Remote


Role Requirements –

- Manager handling team of investigation specialists dealing with frauds specially for ecommerce platform

- Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that could pose a risk to our eCommerce client/platform, buyers, or merchants.

- evaluating high-risk transactions and safeguarding eCommerce platform's global customer base, profitability, and brand while maintaining a high bar of customer experience

- Maintain eCommerce's site/platforms quality by enforcing relevant Policy Guidelines.

- Be aware of and identify new fraud patterns and trends. Take appropriate action to identify and minimize the risk posed by such trends.

- Work with all areas of the business to resolve issues affecting financial, legal and reputational risk

- Experience with policy abuse frauds, payment/chargeback frauds and other types of frauds


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ yrs. experience in Fraud Prevention/Trust & Safety roles

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience in payments or e-commerce


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
