Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA.

Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide.

Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Job Summary and Key responsibilities: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all machined products in the machine shop meet consistent customer quality standards.

This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, inspecting products at various stages of production, and maintaining consistent Quality standards.

- Develop and monitor Quality control plan in line with customer requirements.

- Inspect products at various stages of production.

- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Periodical meeting with customers and to know the quality issues if any and develop plans for quality issues.

- Train and guide feedback to staff, including inspectors and technicians.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and Quality cost reduction.

- Preparation on Monthly quality reports and work on quality rejection.

- Collaborate with suppliers to set and monitor quality standards for raw materials and intermediate - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is must.

- 8 to 12 years' relevant work experience and ability to handle customer issues independently.

- Excellent customer handling skills and communication and presentation skills.
