Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Execution:

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to assist in executing day-to-day bond trades.

- Provide last-mile conversion support and participate in joint client calls with Relationship Managers (RMs).

- Resolve post-sales queries for both clients and the sales team.

Product Management:

- Compile and share daily investment options by coordinating with vendors for updated product information.

- Develop cash flow models and pricing for various bonds.

- Track ratings of debt instruments, regularly updating the team on upgrades and downgrades.

- Monitor and share insights on the ongoing Debt Mutual Fund basket.

Training & Enablement:

- Train the Sales Team on all available products, ensuring strong product understanding and effective positioning.

Research & Ideation:

- Conduct research and analysis of various investment products in the fixed income market.

- Ideate and propose strategies to promote onboarded debt products, including preparing creative materials for circulation.

- Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and product pitch content.

Business Development:

- Drive business mobilization and revenue growth in Fixed Income and Structured Products through the Sales Team and digital channels.

- Increase productivity and product penetration among the client base.

- Build partnerships with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) for new product launches.

- Ensure synergy with other verticals of the organization for cross-selling and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or a related NISM-Series-XXII: Fixed Income Securities Certification Examination (preferred but not mandatory).

Technical & Professional Skills:

- Strong understanding of fixed income products, bond markets, and related financial instruments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to make quick and effective decisions under time constraints.

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a focus on results
