Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise-Grade Development:
  • Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript practices.
  • Develop modular, maintainable, and well-documented code suitable for large-scale applications.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability across different environments.
  • UI/UX Implementation:
  • Translate complex UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Implement responsive and adaptive designs that function across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
  • Advanced Collaboration:
  • Work in tandem with back-end developers to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration of front-end elements with back-end services.

  • Optimization & Performance Tuning:
  • Utilize performance monitoring tools to identify and address bottlenecks in the front-end code.
  • Implement best practices for asset management, lazy loading, and code splitting to enhance application performance.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Incorporate security best practices into front-end code, including protection against XSS, CSRF, and other vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure the front-end components adhere to enterprise-level security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the entire front-end stack, from development to production environments.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers and team members.


Requirements:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on enterprise-grade applications.
  • Experience with top consulting firms such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.
  • Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and building complex, data-driven user interfaces.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and front-end security best practices.
