To lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process ensuring timely and accurate execution of billing, collections, reconciliations, and closing activities in line with organizational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and financial Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Manage billing disputes, collections, and client communications.- Supervise AR reconciliations and support month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings.- Monitor AR aging, DSO, and prepare related financial reports.- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.- Drive process improvements and automation in the AR function.- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth billing and (MBA preferred).- 8+ years of AR/O2C experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused professional attitude.
