The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise inApex development ,custom Salesforce configurations , andcomplex integrations , preferably withinfinancial servicesenvironments. Our Salesforce implementation is highly advanced and tailored to specific business workflows — this role requires someone who can confidently handle custom logic, integrations, and automation beyond standard declarative tools.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and APIs. Customize Salesforce solutions for advanced use cases and complex business logic. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Work closely with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Optimize Apex code, data models, and system performance for large-scale implementations. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities. Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices.Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce developmentexperience. Expert-level proficiency inApex ,Visualforce ,Lightning Web Components (LWC) , andSOQL/SOSL . Proven experience withcustom Salesforce implementations(not just out-of-the-box configuration). Strong understanding ofSalesforce security model ,governor limits , anddeployment processes . Experience withAPI integrations ,Salesforce SDKs , andthird-party applications . Exposure toFinancial Services Cloudor financial domain use cases (preferred). Familiarity withCI/CD ,version control (Git) , andsandbox management .
