- We are looking for someone to lead our Growth & Marketing for Travel

- You will play a critical part in driving the engagement, growth and success of Scapia's travel product. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will drive travel awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep consumer insights & market understanding: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competition to identify new innovations and opportunities.

2. Understand the customer deeply and be the face of all Consumer-led conversation for the Business unit.

3. Driving growth: Own the end-to-end customer funnel view and performance to drive users, engagement & conversion for categories. Work with product, engineering, brand marketing, design & other central teams to develop the long term plan on acquisition & retention. Track performance of marketing efforts and keep learning, iterating & innovating to grow further.

4. Managing Marketing: Define Travel's positioning for the customer and build the marketing plan across channels incl. in-app, CRM, social, PR, performance & brand campaigns. Liaison between stakeholders in design, marketing, product etc. to drive execution. Lead event management planning, strategy & execution for the category.

5. Merchandising strategy & execution: Build the merchandising & content strategy by combining consumer behaviour and category understanding, plan, execute and constantly innovate the same. Define the business requirements for building merchandising frameworks and work with product & design teams to being them to life.

What you'll need:

- You would be expected to demonstrate deep customer centricity, strong marketing and story-telling coupled with analytical mindset and sharp planning capabilities.

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing roles with a focus on product or category marketing

- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.

- Desire and ability to think from the Customer's hat

- Good analytical abilities & logical reasoning skills

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Very strong bias to action

- Hunger to work hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
