Ideal fresher candidate will have demonstrated programming experience at college level with participation in code competitions, hackathons, technical and personal leadership, initiative and ability to problem solve.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Data Scientist to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves working across multiple facets of data science, analytics, data management, and advanced AI technologies, including LLMs. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about exploring the intersection of data, analytics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop machine learning models to address business challenges.
  • Work on projects involving LLMs and OpenAI technologies, including fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality assessments.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Manage and maintain data pipelines and repositories, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns for decision-making.
  • Research and experiment with advanced AI/ML techniques to improve existing models and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data management (internships or academic projects are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Python and data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of data management concepts, including ETL processes and databases (SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs or natural language processing (NLP) tools
  • Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices for AI integration.
  • Exposure to data governance and data security principles.
