We are seeking a skilled and motivated Qlik and Power BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Qlik and Power BI platforms. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, analytical thinking, and effective communication to transform data into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard and Report Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense) and Power BI.

- Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple sources into visualizations.

- Implement best practices for data visualization and storytelling.

Data Modeling and ETL :

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure data readiness.

- Develop and maintain data models and relationships within Qlik and Power BI environments.

- Optimize data workflows and queries for performance and scalability.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for dashboards and reports.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.

- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Quality Assurance :

- Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Test and debug dashboards and reports to ensure they meet user requirements.

Training and Documentation :

- Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard and report usage.

- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Qlik and Power BI.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Power BI.

- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), SQL, and scripting languages.

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Qlik or Power BI.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

- Knowledge of data warehousing and big data concepts.
