Sterling OMS Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilledSterling OMS Developerwith strongbackend development expertiseand hands-on experience infrontend UI customization . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on theIBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions usingIBM Sterling OMS . Work extensively onbackend components , including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., payment, fulfillment, and inventory). PerformUI customizationusingSterling Web UI Framework , JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities. Maintain and enhance existing OMS functionalities and integrations. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience inIBM Sterling Order Management System(implementation, customization, and support). Proficiency inCore Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL , andREST/SOAP-based integrations . Experience inUI customizationusingSterling Web UI ,Dojo ,JSP , orJavaScript frameworks . Good understanding oforder lifecycle ,fulfillment processes , andsupply chain concepts . Familiarity withMicroservicesandintegration platforms (ESB, MQ, API Gateways)is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience withSterling Call Center or Store UI . Knowledge ofcloud-based OMS deployments(IBM SaaS, AWS, Azure).
