Team Lead - Accounts Us:Centaur Billing is a trusted name in revenue cycle management, offering comprehensive medical billing solutions to clients across the healthcare industry. We're committed to accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in everything we do.Position Overview:We are looking for experienced professionals to lead our Accounts Receivable (AR) Team, responsible for managing AR follow-ups, denial management, and claims resolution. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure timely collections, and maintain strong client satisfaction through effective AR management and process optimization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee day-to-day AR operations including claims follow-up, denial management, and payment recovery.- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and SLAs.- Guide and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality standards.- Collaborate with billing and coding departments to resolve claim issues and reduce denials.- Conduct periodic quality checks and process audits to ensure compliance with client and payer requirements.- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on AR status and key performance metrics.- Handle client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of complex AR cases.What Were Looking For:- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR follow-up, denial management, and revenue cycle management (RCM).- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team within an AR or RCM process.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of US healthcare billing terminology and payer guidelines.- Hands-on experience with billing platforms (EPIC experience is a plus).- Flexibility to work in any shift, including extended hours and weekends when required.Why Join Us?:- Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment- Leadership advancement opportunities in a growing organization- Competitive salary package- Supportive management and learning-driven culture- Immediate hiring and onboarding (ref:iimjobs.com)
