to drive innovative campaigns, boost brand engagement, and take our marketing strategies to the next level.Role Overview

As a

Creative Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for crafting and executing unique marketing campaigns, content strategies, and branding initiatives. You'll work closely with the social media, design, and sales teams to ensure that our brand message resonates with the target audience.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies

to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Plan and oversee content creation

(visuals, videos, and copy) for social media, website, and digital campaigns.Collaborate with designers and influencers

to produce compelling brand storytelling.Manage social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads

to drive conversions.Analyze campaign performance

and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

to keep the brand ahead in the market.Work on branding initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations

to expand market reach.Contribute to product launches, event marketing, and PR initiatives.Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years in marketing, digital marketing, or creative strategy (Skincare/Beauty industry preferred).

Skills:

Strong storytelling, content creation, and visual marketing expertise.

Creativity:

Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns.

Tech Savvy:

Familiar with social media trends, SEO, email marketing tools, and paid ad platforms.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to engage audiences effectively.

Team Player:
