Qualification - Any Graduate Key Responsibilities Manage the Executive Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the ED. Act as the primary point of contact between the ED and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with senior leadership teams and departments to ensure smooth flow of information. Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely completion. Assist in organizing high-level meetings, conferences, and events. Perform general administrative duties as required, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
