TECHNICAL RELATIONSHIP ENGINEER

Job Requirement Details
Job Title: Technical Relationship Engineer
Department: Technical Sales & Service
Location: Faridabad
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service for scientific instruments and equipment.
- Conduct on-site installation, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
- Deliver technical training and product presentations to clients and team members.
- Document service visits, reports, and feedback for internal use.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical.
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site support.
