Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Fresher Prompt Engineer who is excited to learn and explore the latest AI tools to create innovative, interactive content for children’s books. The ideal candidate should be eager to experiment with new technologies and explain their learnings in a way that’s easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Engineering for Learning Books: Design and optimize prompts that guide interactive learning activities, quizzes, and storytelling within AI-powered books for kids. Ensure the content is engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate.

• Explore and Learn AI Tools: Continuously learn about and experiment with the latest AI tools and natural language models (e.g., GPT, BERT). Apply them creatively to enhance the interactive learning experience.

• Data Analysis with AI Tools: Analyze interaction data from user engagements with the books using AI-driven tools. Identify trends, learning patterns, and areas for improvement to make the content more personalized and effective.

• Documentation & Training: Develop clear documentation for internal teams on the use of AI tools and prompt engineering techniques. Explain complex AI concepts in simple terms for stakeholders, including non-technical team members.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Passion for AI and Education: Strong interest in AI technologies and their applications in creating interactive and educational experiences for children.

• Curiosity and Quick Learner: Eagerness to learn new AI tools, analyze data, and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Basic Technical Skills: Understanding of AI and natural language processing (NLP) tools. Any experience with prompt engineering, data analysis, or AI platforms (such as GPT or similar models) is a plus.

• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to work with data-driven tools to analyze user interactions and extract insights for content improvement.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain AI concepts and insights to non-technical team members, educators, and stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Python or data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with educational content creation or previous work on interactive learning platforms.

• Knowledge of AI-powered storytelling or chatbot technologies.
