Performance ManagementOversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.5. Offboarding and Exit ManagementManage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.Ensure compliance with final settlements, recoveries, and handover formalities.Gather insights from exit interviews to improve retention and workplace policies.· Talent acquisition expertise.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.· Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
