About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing large datasets to uncover key insights and trends that drive business decisions.You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data using various tools and techniques.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data, including customer behavior, demographics, and purchasing patterns.- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their performance.- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and third-party data providers.- Transform and prepare data for analysis using SQL, Python, or R.- Ensure data quality and accuracy.- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other BI tools.- Create compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.- Support business decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in business processes.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.Qualifications :Essential :- 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.- Strong proficiency in SQL, with expertise in analytical queries and data manipulation.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard development.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis tools).- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
