Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented AI Full-Stack Engineer (2–3 years experience) who can build, ship, and maintain AI-powered applications end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design scalable architectures, integrate LLMs, and deliver high-quality user experiences.⸻Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications with AI/LLM integrations. • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for AI workflows. • Implement responsive, modern front-end interfaces for user-facing products. • Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or integrate LLM models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.). • Optimize model inference performance, caching, and latency. • Work with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems. • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to turn ideas into shipped features. • Ensure code quality with proper testing, documentation, and version control.⸻Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or AI Engineer. • Strong knowledge of: • JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express / Next.js • React / Next.js for front-end • Python (for AI integrations, model pipelines) • REST APIs & WebSockets • Experience integrating LLM APIs or open-source AI models. • Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.⸻Preferred Skills • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. • Experience with prompt engineering or RAG systems. • Basic UI/UX understanding for clean user experience development.⸻What We Offer • Fast-paced growth in a product-focused AI startup. • Ownership and autonomy in building impactful AI systems. • A collaborative team working on cutting-edge AI technology. • Competitive compensation based on skill and experience.
