Role Description:
- Full-time remote position for a Business Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and coordinating with departments for smooth operations.
- Also responsible for business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
