About Frenchingo:Frenchingo is an online platform helping absolute beginners learn French in the most simple, structured, and practical way possible. We teach through a multilingual approach (English + Hindi + French) — making learning easy, fun, and achievable for every student.We’re now expanding our teaching team to meet growing demand for our live batches.Role Overview:As a French Teacher at Frenchingo, you’ll conduct live online classes for small batches of students (A1–A2 levels). You’ll guide them from zero to confident beginners using our structured Frenchingo methodology — focused on real-life speaking, clarity, and confidence.Work Schedule (part-time, batch-based):Evening Batches: Weekdays (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) Weekend Batches: Saturday & Sunday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST)Exact timings may vary based on batch assignments.Requirements (Must Have):Can start immediately Laptop or desktop computer High-speed internet connection Zoom Installed (for online classes) Ability to explain in both English and Hindi (multilingual teaching is preferred) DELF/DALF certification preferred (Minimum Level B1 required, B2 ideal) 1–2 years of prior French teaching experience (online/offline)Job Responsibilities (What You'll Do):Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with Frenchingo’s structured A1–A2 curriculum. Teach core French skills — vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, writing, and conversation — with bilingual support (English + Hindi). Create an interactive and positive classroom that encourages student participation and speaking confidence. Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, feedback, and progress tracking. Adapt teaching styles to suit individual learning needs and pace. Use digital tools, multimedia resources, and interactive materials to enhance lessons. Introduce students to French culture, traditions, and real-life contexts. Maintain open communication with students to ensure motivation and consistent improvement. Collaborate with the Frenchingo team to refine teaching methods and course content.
