Senior Embryologist

Profile Overview: 

We are looking for a Senior Level Embryologist, an enthusiastic individual to join our Embryology Team at Aspire Fertility Center. The successful candidate will have a passion for achieving success as an Embryologist along with a team of fertility and IVF specialists.  

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Clinical Embryology  

Previous Experience: 3-5 Years of experience   

Pay: Negotiable based on the skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:   

1.IVF and ART Procedures: 

• Proficient in oocyte denudation, Screening & ICSI  
• Monitor and assess embryo development, selecting high-quality embryos for transfer or freezing. 
• Carry out cryopreservation and thawing of embryos, sperm, and eggs. 
• Perform all andrology and embryology procedures 

2.Lab Management and Quality Control: 

• Maintain equipment, ensuring optimal conditions for embryo culture. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation. 
• Implement and monitor quality control protocols, including media preparation and equipment calibration. 

3.Advanced Embryology Techniques: 

• Perform advanced techniques such as laser-assisted hatching, vitrification, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). 
• Troubleshoot laboratory issues and propose improvements to optimize lab performance. 

4.Patient Interaction: 

• Provide patients with detailed explanations of their lab results and embryology processes. 
• Work closely with physicians and fertility specialists to support patient treatment plans. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

5. Mentorship and Training: 

• Train and supervise junior embryologists and lab technicians. 
• Develop and update training protocols for embryology staff. 

6. Data Management and Reporting: 

• Maintain accurate lab records, embryo scoring, and treatment outcomes in compliance with data security standards. 
• Contribute to research and development initiatives, analyzing lab performance data for optimization. 

7. Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation: 

• Ensure the lab operates within the guidelines of regulatory authorities  
• Prepare and participate in inspections for laboratory accreditation and audits.
