Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RBM Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and enhancement of RBM solutions, with a strong focus on integration with telecom billing systems. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RBM solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, primarily Eclipse.

- Configure and customize RBM platforms to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and maintain RBM applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Integrate RBM solutions with telecom billing systems, such as Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, and Netcracker.

- Develop and implement APIs and interfaces for seamless data exchange between RBM and other telecom systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Conduct system analysis and design to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Utilize deep understanding of telecom domain, particularly billing processes, to develop effective solutions.

- Possess strong functional and conceptual knowledge of IRB/RBM.

- Perform end to end testing of the RBM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for RBM applications.

- Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in RBM development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with IRB/RBM platforms.

- Proficiency in using Eclipse development tools.

- Extensive experience in integrating RBM with telecom billing systems (Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, Netcracker).

- Strong knowledge of telecom domain, specifically telecom billing processes.

- Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and design.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with API development and integration.

- Experience with testing of telecom related systems.

- Experience with Netcracker or similar telecom software platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud-based RBM solutions.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
