About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled FinTech Software Engineer with expertise in APIs, payment gateway integration, and PCI DSS compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient payment solutions for our financial Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for payment processing and financial applications.

- Integrate with multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, etc.) and third-party financial APIs.

- Ensure PCI DSS compliance and maintain security standards across all payment workflows.

- Develop and expose RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption.

- Optimize payment workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment failures, transaction errors, and system integration.

- Stay updated with emerging FinTech technologies, regulations, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and follow software engineering best Skills :

- Strong experience in backend programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or Go).

- Hands-on experience with Payment Gateway integration.

- Solid understanding of PCI DSS compliance, secure payment processing, and encryption standards.

- Expertise in building REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems Skills :

- Experience in FinTech applications or banking software.

- Understanding of fraud detection and risk management in payment systems.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated Attributes :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Detail-oriented and security-conscious mindset.
