About the CompanyWe are looking for an experienced US Tax & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, multi-state tax compliance, and direct state reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ADP, federal & state payroll taxes, W-2 processing, I-983 compliance, and handling states that require manual employer-filed reports instead of vendor submissions.About the RoleThe US Tax & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll and tax compliance across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end US payroll & tax filings (SIT, SUTA/USC, FUTA, local taxes) - Handle direct state reporting for non-ADP states - Coordinate with state/federal agencies for notices, audits & compliance - Prepare W-2s, year-end reports, reconciliations & payroll analytics - Ensure multi-state jurisdiction accuracy (live/work state rules) - Maintain audit-ready records & perform internal payroll auditsQualifications- 5–10+ years of US payroll & tax compliance experience - Strong ADP expertise (mandatory) - Experience with W-2, I-983, multi-state taxation & employer-filed reports - Proven record of timely filings & zero penaltiesRequired Skills- Strong expertise in ADP - Experience with federal & state payroll taxes - W-2 processing - I-983 compliance - Handling states that require manual employer-filed reportsBonus Skills- Experience with Canada/UK/India payroll
