Enhance performance management frameworks, develop key KPIs to track progress and employee productivity thereby fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development. 2. Lead execution of goal setting, quarterly check -ins and annual reviews ensuring timely completion and quality of feedback Work closely with HR Business partners and departmental heads to drive a culture of regular, transparent and unbiased performance process. 3. Utilize data/insights for Comprehensive reporting on performance, talent gaps and succession readiness providing leadership with actionable recommendations for talent and performance strategy. Manage the entire communication channels for change management ensuring successful adoption of new tools, processes and frameworks across the organisation. 4. Create talent review processes to identify high potential employees and key talent risks. 5. Drive process improvements across performance management 6. Conduct periodic reviews of the all the talent processes for improvement areas and implement best practices 7. Oversee integration and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless performance and talent management processes and a user friendly experience".Key Requirements :1. Bachelors' or Master's degree in HR2. 3+ years of experience in performance management, talent strategy, or related HR functions3.
