Company Description LotFair helps organizations to improve their performance by streamlining processes and implementing systems for Financial Consolidation, Reporting, Integrated Business Planning, Forecasting, and Data Analytics.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilledSQL Developerwith expertise inSSRS, SSIS, SSAS , and strong analytical skills to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will manage SQL databases, develop efficient ETL processes, build Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintainSQL Server databases , ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Develop, test, and deploySSIS packagesfor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Create and manageSSRS reportsfor operational and analytical needs. Design and maintainSSAS cubesfor multidimensional analysis and data modeling. Build and publishPower BI dashboardsand visual reports aligned with business KPIs. Performdata analysisto identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms. Prepare documentation for database architecture, ETL workflows, and reporting logic. Provide support and troubleshooting for SQL-related issues and Power BI reports. UtilizeExcelfor data manipulation, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 1–3 years of experience as anSQL Developer, BI Developer, or Data Analyst . Proficiency inSQL Server , anddatabase management . Hands-on experience withSSRS, SSIS, SSAS . Experience withPower BIdevelopment, DAX, and data modelling. Strongdata analysisand problem-solving skills. AdvancedExcelskills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.). Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience withAzure SQL Database ,Data Factory , orSynapse Analytics . Knowledge ofPythonfor data processing (optional). Exposure toAgile / Scrummethodologies. MicrosoftCertified: Data Analyst AssociateorDatabase Developercertification is a plus.Key Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Proactive problem solver with a focus on data accuracy and performance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
