Key Responsibilities Area:

- Manage and develop BI dashboards for various functions within the company.

- Oversee all major projects related to business analysis.

- Lead a team of 3-4 members and coordinate with external teams for project understanding.

- Demonstrate effective team management skills.

- Utilize advanced analytic and business intelligence techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.

- Create data visualizations to illustrate business trends and patterns.

- Present key insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.

- Design and implement analytic solutions using predictive modeling, machine learning, and other techniques.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed by senior leadership

Required :

- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel

- Exposure on Product Management tool like JIRA

- Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results.

- Having a 'results oriented' attitude with a 'go get it done' skill.

- Should have knowledge of dashboard tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Excellent management & communication skills while working with both internal and external partners.

- Regular synthesis, reporting, dashboards, and insight-driven approach

- 6+ years of in-depth experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.

- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) calculations, and visualization development.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Key KPI's:

- Project Management - number of major projects completed on time and within budget.

- BI Dashboards - Average time to develop and deploy a new dashboard
