Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Teaching Internship role at Scope For Change, Delhi and Gurgaon. The Teaching Intern will be responsible for lesson planning, communication with stakeholders, education, curriculum development, and teaching activities to contribute to the organization's mission of holistic empowerment.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Teaching skills
- Strong communication abilities for effective interaction
- Experience in Education field
- Passion for social change and empowerment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Teach students at our Tilak Nagar/Chaukhandi Center from 2:30 PM to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday
- Keep track of who attends and keep records of the students
- Make worksheets every month for the students and assess their progress
- Share information about exceptional students
- Organize workshops on different subjects like health, hygiene, careers, and digital skills
- Support in day to day activities if required.
- Participation in events organised under the project is mandatory.
- Active engagement and support before, during and after events is one of the main criteria of this internship.
- Only one casual leave per month is allowed in this internship other than exam leaves or medical emergencies which need to be supported by proper documents.
Stipend
- 6000 INR to 8000 INR depending upon qualifications, interview and skills.
