SMT Process Engineer | Lead & Grow Our SMT DepartmentLocation: IT Park, Bhopal (M.P) | Department: SMT | Employment: Full-time | Role: On-SiteWe are looking for a Skilled SMT Process Engineer who will lead our SMT department and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in PCB assembly. This role is not just about machines and processes — it’s about building, training, and leading a high-performing team to deliver world-class results.What You’ll Do- Lead and manage the entire SMT department. - Set up, program, monitor & optimize SMT processes (Printing, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI/SPI). - Work directly with Yamaha Pick & Place machines, DEK Horizon printer, and Saki AOI systems to achieve high process stability and output. - Train, guide & build a strong SMT team to drive productivity and quality. - Support NPI trials and ensure smooth ramp-up for new projects. - Drive process improvements to boost yield, reduce defects & enhance efficiency. - Lead root cause analysis for process deviations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) — driving a zero-defect culture. - Collaborate with design, quality & production teams to meet customer requirements. - Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
