Position Overview AJC EdTech is seeking a proficient and enthusiasticEnglish Expertspecializing in bothObjective and Descriptive Englishfor regulatory body exams such as RBI, SEBI, NABARD, IRDAI, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality classes, create exam-oriented content, and support learners in mastering English comprehension, grammar, writing skills, and descriptive answer structuring. Key Responsibilities: Conductlive online classesfor enrolled students covering both Objective and Descriptive English. Takelive YouTube sessionsto engage and educate a broader audience. Creategeneric English-learning videosfor YouTube, focusing on grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and descriptive writing techniques. Update, refine, and expandchapter-wise English notesin line with the latest exam patterns and requirements. Develop high-qualityquestions for practice tests, quizzes, descriptive assignments, and full-length mock exams . Review and evaluate students’descriptive English answers , providing detailed feedback for improvement. Respond to student queries across platforms to ensure clarity and enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with the content and academic teams to improve course quality and maintain consistency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. Strong command overgrammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and descriptive writing formats(essays, letters, précis, RC). Prior experience in preparing for or teachingregulatory body examsis preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Teaching experience or familiarity with ed-tech platforms is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum(depending on skills and experience) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: New Delhi Candidates must be willing torelocateorcommute reliably . Experience: Open tofresh graduateswith strong English skills and toexperienced educatorsproficient in Objective and Descriptive English for competitive exams.
