We specialize in building customized business apps that allow organizations and enterprises to improve their efficiency, collaboration and user experience.Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core & React. The ideal candidate experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and other development teams, to deliver end-to-end : - Complete SDLC : architecture, design, development, and support of tech solutions using .NET Core & React technologies.- Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and follow AGILE best practice effectively.- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.- Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.- Maintain application performance, quality, and responsiveness.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective.What We're Looking For : - 5+ years of desktop application development experience with deep understanding of -Design Patterns & Object-oriented programming.- C#, ASP .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, typescript, React.js)- Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.- Familiarity with frameworks such as ReactJS, Durandaljs, Knockoutjs, and Bootstrap.js- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent Analytical and communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with SAFe Agile Framework- Experience working in AWS/Azure (ref:hirist.tech)
