TVS Digital is a part of TVS Holdings and has also currently invested in several early-stage high tech start-ups globally in areas of connected manufacturing, fleet management and credit services.Job Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced o9 Consultant to join our digital supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes coupled with hands-on technical expertise in configuring and customizing the o9 platform. This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions that drive planning efficiency, visibility, and performance.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements across demand, supply, and inventory planning domains. - Translate business processes into o9 solution designs and configurations. - Perform hands-on configuration of o9 modules, including data modeling, workflow setup, UI design, and integration mappings. - Customize o9 features to align with unique client requirements and business logic. - Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of o9 platform solutions. - Partner with technical teams for data integration and performance tuning. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations. - Create functional and technical documentation for solution design and configuration. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in o9 platform utilization.Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 2+ years working on the o9 platform. - Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, etc. - Proven hands-on experience in o9 platform setup, configuration, and customization — including modeler configuration, planning workflows, and dashboard creation. - Familiarity with o9 data integration tools and APIs (preferred). - Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data flow issues. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience with other planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
