We’re Hiring | Junior Architect at ARRIS ArchitectsAre you a young architect bursting with ideas, eager to grow, and ready to work on real design challenges that shape the way people experience spaces?This is your opportunity to join ARRIS Architects — a design-driven studio known for its work on cinemas, schools, malls, and high-end residences across India.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Architect who’s as comfortable crafting a concept as they are perfecting a construction detail. You’ll work directly with senior architects and be part of the full design journey — from the first sketch to the final site handover.This isn’t a drafting job. It’s a chance to learn how design thinking, innovation, and precision come together to create exceptional architecture.Your Responsibilities- Support the lead architect in design development and documentation. - Prepare concept presentations, 3D visualizations, and working drawings. - Develop mood boards and design references that capture project intent. - Understand and apply local byelaws and project standards. - Prepare BOQs and detailed drawings for execution. - Collaborate closely with the design and coordination teams to deliver quality work on time.You’re a Great Fit If You:- Hold a B.Arch degree with 1–2 years of professional experience. - Are fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and MS Office. - Have working knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools. - Are passionate about design, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. - Bring a proactive attitude, curiosity, and a hunger to learn.What We Offer- A culture that values design excellence, collaboration, and innovation. - Mentorship from senior architects with decades of hands-on project experience. - Exposure to diverse project typologies — from large-scale commercial to bespoke residences. - Compensation above industry standards, aligned with your skills and experience.Send your Resume & Portfolio to: resume.arris@gmail.comBe part of a team that believes great design is not just imagined — it’s built.
