We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end onboarding solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless new-hire onboarding experiences aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Primary Skills/Requirements Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 1.0 / ONB 2.0) modules.Configure business rules, workflows, onboarding tasks, panels, alerts, and notifications based on business requirements.Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting Management (RCM), Document Management, and third-party systems.Manage forms, e-signatures, compliance documents, and data privacy requirements.Support UAT, go-live activities, post-production support, and issue resolution.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and conduct end-user training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and process optimization. Desired Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Onboarding.Hands-on expertise in ONB configuration, workflow design, and integrations.Good understanding of HR business processes, especially hiring and onboarding.Experience with SAP SF EC & RCM integration is highly desirable.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
