What will you be doing at Ather?

- Head vehicle service and spares operations for a Zone.

- Be the mentor, guide and support to the area managers, territory managers and spare parts team in your zone.

- Maintain good working relationships with the dealers.

- Drive end to end customer experience in the network

- Review, monitor and ensure that the KPIs and targets of the zone are met.

- Own P&L accountability and governance for the zone.

- Oversee and validate the process mapping, business tools, and systems requirements required for sales models to meet business needs in terms of agility and scale.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.

- Looking at new and emerging service and spares business models, and building that into our strategy.

- Support the network expansion team in increasing the footprint in the zone.

- Define and design strategies for future service activities keeping in mind the service ecosystem, market economics, competitors, and the larger business environment.

What kind of experience & skills do you need for this role?

- A deep understanding of automotive service operations and spare parts business.

- People management is a critical aspect of this role and prior experience of managing teams is a must.

- Strong ability to engage and work with cross functional teams.

What should you have graduated in?

- Education : Masters, Bachelors or Diploma in Business.

- Work Experience : 15+ years with good experience in automotive After Sales & Service operations
