About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Solution Architect to drive the successful implementation and adoption of the Graviton LMS platform for NBFC clients. The Solution Architect will act as a bridge between clients’ existing loan management and accounting practices and the Graviton system, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in loan accounting, MIS reporting, and a strong understanding of RBI regulations, along with NBFC experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Analysis:

  • Analyze and document customers’ existing loan management systems,     accounting practices, and operational workflows.
  • Identify gaps and design solutions to transition their processes to the Graviton LMS platform.

 

Solution Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of the Graviton LMS, ensuring alignment with customers’ business processes.
  • Assist in the migration of data, day-to-day operations, and accounting workflows to Graviton.
  • Customize and configure the LMS to meet specific client requirements.


Training & Enablement:

Educate NBFC accountants and operations teams on Graviton LMS, covering key areas such as:

Loan portfolio reports, DPD (Days Past Due) reports, and PAR (Portfolio at Risk) reports.

Collection reports, portfolio analysis, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.

Provide best practices for optimizing LMS usage and ensuring operational efficiency.

 

Compliance & Regulatory Integration:

  • Ensure that the Graviton LMS is implemented in compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
  • Offer guidance on regulatory reporting and audit readiness using the platform.

 

Customer Success & Feedback:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for NBFC clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide on-going post-implementation support to resolve issues and drive platform adoption.
  • Gather feedback to improve the Graviton LMS and contribute to product development initiatives.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing success and address any issues.

 

Onboarding and Training:

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure they understand and can effectively use the product/service.
  • Provide product training, including educating customers on advanced features and new updates.

Product Adoption:

  • Guide clients to maximize the value of our products/services through best practices and feature recommendations.
  • Monitor product usage and proactively address gaps in adoption.
  • Provide product feedback from clients to the product development team.


Customer Support:

  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with support teams to address technical or service-related concerns.

Customer Success Metrics:

  • Monitor key customer success metrics such as churn rate, product adoption, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive measures to reduce churn.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure alignment in customer goals and product enhancements.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions.


Renewals and Upselling:

  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for contract renewals or new services.
  • Assist customers in navigating the contract renewal process to ensure continued satisfaction.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in NBFC loan accounting, operations, or system implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems is required.
  •  

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of loan accounting, loan management processes, and MIS reporting (e.g., DPD, PAR, portfolio analysis).
  • Familiarity with RBI regulations and their practical application in NBFC operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in data migration and system integration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and financial/accounting systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system configurations.
