We’re now expanding our marketing talent network and invitingexperienced freelance performance marketersto join our curated pool of experts for ongoing client campaigns across India and overseas.About the RoleAs a Freelance Performance Marketer at Zymos, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google (Search / Display / YouTube). You’ll collaborate directly with the Zymos project management team and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns focused ongrowth, acquisition, and ROI. This is aremote, project-based role— perfect for freelancers who want consistent work with verified clients and a steady stream of digital projects.⚙️Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize, set up, and manage campaigns acrossMeta Ads ManagerandGoogle Adsplatforms. Conduct detailed audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion efficiency. Write or collaborate on ad copies and creative briefs aligned with brand messaging. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards. Implement event tracking, pixel setup, and attribution measurement for all campaigns. Work closely with the Zymos delivery team to ensure quality, timelines, and communication with clients.Required Skills & ToolsDeep understanding ofMeta Business ManagerandGoogle Ads Manager . Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio (optional). Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly. Proficiency in campaign structuring, bidding, and scaling strategies. Familiarity with retargeting, conversion tracking, and lead funnel optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
