ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WRITING CONTENT FOR SEO BLOGS AS WELL AS SHORT FORM CONTENT FOR D2C BRANDS SHOULD APPLY*As Social Tribe grows at a rapid pace, it's time for us to hire someone who can lead our Social Media and Content verticals. As a Social And Content Manager , you will be responsible for managing all content and copy initiatives as well as Social Media strategy for a few clients. You will be working closely with the design team, account managers and clients to ensure all the channel strategies are aligned. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with a Startup in challenging environments with a passion to deliver a good product.Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Blog WritingResearch and write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles targeting relevant keywords.Collaborate with SEO strategists to develop content briefs and follow on-page best practices.Update and optimize existing blog content for better rankings and engagement.Ensure content is informative, grammatically accurate, and aligned with brand tone.2. DTC Ad Copy & Short-Form ContentWrite persuasive short-form content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, product descriptions, landing pages, and email campaigns.Come up with creative concepts, headlines, CTAs, and storytelling-driven ad angles.A/B test different versions of copy to identify top-performing creatives.3. Creative Ideation & ResearchGenerate original ideas for blog topics, ad campaigns, and product positioning.Stay updated with trends in consumer behavior, DTC marketing, and copywriting.Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark content and ad strategies.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably for DTC or eCommerce brands.Strong understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.Proven ability to write crisp, conversion-oriented short-form copy.Excellent command of English (grammar, tone, structure).Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Grammarly, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.Portfolio showcasing blog articles and ad copy is mandatory.Nice to Have:Experience writing for lifestyle, food, skincare, wellness, or fashion brands.Understanding of AIDA, PAS, and other persuasion frameworks.Experience working in fast-paced agency/start-up environments.Benefits:Flexible work environmentExposure to high-growth DTC brands- Opportunity to learn and grow in SEO and performance marketingWhat You Need:- Proven experience of 4+ years in wirting content and some level of social media experience - Agency experience - Salary band is around 4+ bonus - Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems. - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategiesSalary band is around 4.8 lakh CTC with a Rs 60000 end of year bonus
