Contracts Management

Ensure Response and Resolution for retail, Large corporates and IPP customers OMS Technical Term sheet / LOI and OMS agreements.


1. Contracts - Identify potential deviations, prepare OMS response and coordinate with Business Development KAMs to clear the draft and deviations for retail and Large Corporate Customers.

2. Contracts - Support in Identifying potential deviations and prepare OMS response to the OMS term sheet and agreements in coordination with OMS stakeholders for IPP customer contracts.

3. Coordinate with Legal representative to prepare comments on agreements.

4. Attend customer meetings as and when required to represent OMS, negotiate and close open points to renew the existing contracts or sign off the new OMS contract.


Contracts Administration : Administer the OMS Contracts


1. Post closure of OMS contracts - preparation of Project details on major commitments, documentation requirement and Reports Committed and communicating the same to OMS BD leadership team and State Heads.

2. Site meeting with OMS BD and State Head for contractual deliverables.

3. Administration of IPP OMS Contracts business and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders to communicate and clarify contractual obligations.


Tenders : Ensure Response and Resolution for OMS related Tender Enquiries

1. Prepare pre-bid OMS response for all the deviations in the Tender related to OMS and submit within the timeline.


Marketing and BD, Tender and OMS Team Interface for all OMS contractual offers, commitments and documentation.

1. Act as an interface between BD and OMS

2. Documentation and upload into CCOB as per OMS contract and Tender requirement.

3. Coordination with Internal OMS stakeholders and Site team to take inputs on the OMS Contracts points.




Prior exposure and familiarity: (Input while shortlisting and assessment)

Demonstrated experience in a service environment involving Operations & Maintenance of Wind Turbines

Should have exposure to techno-commercial aspect of OMS Exposure with OMS contractual commitment and interpretation .

Exposure to customer service and relationship management Should have worked in a ISO 9001-2000 environment in an industrial or service setting. Exposure to QMS
