This isn’t your average “upload a SCORM and call it a day” role. You’ll bring courses to life end-to-end:storyboarding, graphics, interactivity, LMS setup, QA— the whole journey. If you love crafting a bright, kid-friendly PPT as much as designing a rigorous educator pathway, keep reading.The OpportunityAs ourLMS Instructional Designer , you’ll: Build engaging online courseson our LMS (Moodle/Canvas/TalentLMS or similar) — structure, flow, and learner experience. Create beautiful learning assets— slides, infographics, templates, short videos, quizzes, and downloads. Bring our content to lifewith clear narratives, inclusive design, and interactive elements thatactuallyteach. Collaborate across teams— work with subject experts, writers, and designers to ship high-quality modules on time. Make real impact— help educators teach cyber safety and digital wellbeing with confidence.What You’ll Actually DoTranslate topics like digital identity, privacy, media literacy, phishing, relationships online, and cyberbullying intoage-appropriate journeys . Design formultiple audiences : five-year-olds, teens, teachers, and parents — and keep it engaging for each. Use tools likeArticulate 360/Rise/Captivate , plusCanva/Adobeto deliver polished, accessible content. Set up, test, and iterate inside theLMS— enrolments, assessments, completion rules, analytics, the works.
