This is a high-impact role where you will lead the architecture and design of mission-critical systems that power user engagement for thousands of global brands.️ What You’ll Do Architect highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems handling billions of events and terabytes of data. Design real-time campaign processing engines capable of delivering 10 million+ messages per minute. Lead development of complex analytics frameworks including cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and user behavior modeling. Drive architecture decisions on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms. Define technical roadmaps and work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution. Collaborate across product, engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver business-critical functionality. Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through code and design reviews, best practice evangelism, and training. Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks for continuous improvement in scalability, performance, and observability.What You Bring 12+ yearsof hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong foundation inJava or Golang and related backend technologies . Proven experience designingdistributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures . Deep knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS/GCP), CI/CD, containerization ( Docker ,Kubernetes ) andinfrastructure as code . Strong understanding ofdata processing at scaleusingKafka ,NoSQL DBs (MongoDB/Cassandra) ,Redis , and RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Exposure to stream processing engines (e.g., Apache Storm/Flink/Spark) is a plus. Familiarity withAI toolsand their integration into scalable systems is a plus. Experience with application security, fault tolerance, caching, multithreading, and performance tuning. A mindset of quality, ownership, and delivering business value.Why Netcore?
