We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. This role offers 360-degree exposure across business functions, including strategy, operations, growth, product development, and business development. You will work directly with founders, CXOs, and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and execution.

This is a high-ownership role designed for fast-track growth into a business leadership or specialist role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on high-impact projects across business verticals (Growth, Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing)

2. Analyse product usage, conversion funnels, and user behaviour to uncover actionable insights

3. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

4. Participate in research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking

5. Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs across business functions

6. Identify gaps in operations and suggest data-backed solutions

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data projects

8. Support senior leadership with ad-hoc data deep dives and presentations

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1 College

2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a startup, consulting, analytics, or strategy role

3. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

5. Highly organised with strong project management capabilities

6. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus

7. Self-starter with a bias for action and a growth mindset

Preferred Experience:

1. Exposure to edtech, consumer internet, SaaS, or B2C platforms

2. Worked on zero-to-one or high-growth initiatives

3. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across teams
