Objectives of the Job : Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Principal Designer & Sr. Architect. Handle drawings, planning, drafting, visits & BOQs of Sites.Principal Duties & Responsibilities :Co-ordination with Principal Designer/ Sr. Architect Preparation of BOQs; designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.Help Principal Designer in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks, and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time-lines.Plan, indent & release orders for materials.Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.Experience : Fresher to 1 year experience, excluding Internship.Reports To – (Functionally) : Principal Designer / Senior ArchitectReports To – (Administratively) : Principal Designer / Head Design
