Responsibilities : - Evaluating and improving DL/ML training sets and associated workflow processes- Evaluating and improving DL/ML learning model performance- Comparing and assessing various DL/ML learning models- Evaluating and implementing algorithms to improve signal to noise ratio from variety of image conditions (i.e., extracting information from noisy images)- Working with local and global teams in all phases of product lifecycles- Working with product engineering teams to define performance specifications and deliver to those specifications- Providing technical support during product demos and beta testing, working with domain experts from other functional teams on customer engagement Qualifications : - Strong background in at least one of the following areas : image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux shell scripting, and object-oriented programming- Ability to learn/ work with source code control software- Good oral and written communications skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize Qualifications (Below 8 years) : - Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 to 8 yrs) : - Phd with 0 yrs industry exp or M.Tech+3 yrs or B.tech+ 5 yrs- Candidates with PhD + 0 or less than 3 yrs is acceptable only if the PhD is from Tier 1 college.- Algorithm development - Min 5 yrs - Computer vision- Min 3 yrs - Image processing- Min 3 yrs - C++/Python - Min 5 yrs - Experience from product company mandatory (Current or Past) (ref:hirist.tech)
