Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager / Telesales Manager

Job Description:

The Real Estate Sales Manager / Telesales Manager is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They guide customers through the property selection process, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure all legal requirements are met. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits.
  • Provide clients with information about properties, including pricing, features, and neighborhood statistics.
  • Assist clients in negotiating terms and prices.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents such as sales agreements, contracts, and lease records.
  • Stay updated on market trends, prices, and legal regulations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with property developers, landlords, and external brokers.
  • Maintain a CRM system for leads and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field .
  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of language (English ).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
