We offer innovative solutions designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for our clients.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with deep expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) downstream process. In this client-facing role, you will be a key driver in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will leverage your technical and functional knowledge to solve complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integrations and delivering tangible value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules to meet client-specific business requirements.Serve as the subject matter expert for all P2P downstream processes, providing guidance and best practices to both clients and internal teams.Configure and troubleshoot the Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to ensure seamless and reliable integration with client ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC).Design, implement, and maintain complex approval flows and workflows based on client governance structures and policies.Manage and configure system settings for tax, payment terms, and invoicing rules to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.Lead solution testing cycles, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered solution is robust and fit for purpose.Provide post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and training to client stakeholders and end-users.Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, specifically focusing on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) downstream modules (Buying and Invoicing).Proven, hands-on experience with the Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) is essential.Deep expertise in configuring complex approval flows, workflows, master data, and tax configurations within the Ariba P2P environment.Strong understanding of integration points with backend ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (MM, FI/CO modules).Previous experience in a client-facing management consulting role is highly preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex project requirements.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.SAP Ariba certification is a significant plus.
