Key Responsibilities :- Lead overall QA strategy with 912 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.- Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks.- Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations.- Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.- Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.- Ensure the adoption of testing frameworks and maintain best practices.- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.- Mentor QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.Required Skills & Competencies :- Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.- Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.- Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.Nice to have :- ISTQB Advance & PMP.
